About the Role
The Director of Training & Talent Development is the strategic leader responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling all training programs across the company. This includes client training, candidate upskilling, and internal career development pathways.
You will build a world‑class learning ecosystem that improves client performance, accelerates candidate readiness, and strengthens our internal talent pipeline. This role blends instructional design, leadership development, curriculum strategy, and operational excellence.
This is a senior role for someone who can think strategically, build systems, lead a team, and deliver high‑quality training experiences for International.-based clients and global learners.
Key Responsibilities
Training Strategy & Leadership
Own the full training strategy for client teams, candidates, and internal staff.
Build a scalable training framework that supports company growth and client outcomes.
Lead and mentor a team of trainers, facilitators, and instructional designers.
Establish training standards, quality benchmarks, and certification pathways.
Client Training & Enablement
Design and deliver training programs for International -based client teams.
Partner with Client Success and Sales to understand client needs and performance gaps.
Create onboarding, upskilling, and performance‑improvement programs tailored to client goals.
Ensure training drives measurable improvements in client KPIs.
Candidate Upskilling & Career Development
Build training programs that prepare candidates for placement and long‑term career success.
Develop competency models, skill assessments, and learning pathways.
Oversee curriculum for soft skills, technical skills, and job‑readiness training.
Ensure candidates graduate with the skills required by U.S. employers.
Internal Learning & Organizational Development
Create development programs for internal employees, including leadership tracks.
Build SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge‑sharing systems across departments.
Partner with HR to support performance management and employee growth.
Curriculum & Instructional Design
Oversee creation of training materials, e-learning modules, videos, and assessments.
Ensure all content is aligned with adult learning principles and U.S. business standards.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and training experience across all programs.
Training Operations & Analytics
Implement systems to track learner progress, certification, and performance outcomes.
Use data to refine programs, improve effectiveness, and report results to leadership.
Manage training calendars, resource allocation, and operational workflows.
5+ years in Training, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or similar leadership roles.
Experience training International.-based teams or working in U.S.-aligned industries (BPO, SaaS, CX, etc.).
