Dispatcher (RVA)

We are looking for two dispatchers with the following requirements.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.

Listening Skills: Being able to actively listen and understand callers is essential.

 Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers, dispatch software, and other relevant technologies is necessary.

Multitasking: Being able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is a key skill.

Problem-Solving: Dispatchers need to be able to assess situations and make quick decisions.

Calmness Under Pressure: Maintaining composure in stressful situations is vital.

Organizational Skills: Efficiently organizing information and tasks is important.

Following Instructions: Being able to follow both written and verbal instructions is essential.

Additional Considerations:

Shift Work: These dispatch positions will involve rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Training:

Languages:

✅Must speak English

✅Spanish is a plus, but not required
