We are looking for a Driver Scheduling & Routing Coordinator to join our growing operations team. This role is key to building efficient driver schedules, optimizing routes, and ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, operations, and management. • Fixed Salary: USD 958/ Month

Key Responsibilities:

Route Planning & Optimization

• Build and optimize routes for one market, creating next-day and future schedules.
• Target 15+ legs per driver per day (industry standard: 20–30; current average is lower).
• Add trips and suggestions to existing routes to maximize driver earnings and reduce deadhead miles.

Driver Engagement & Communication

• Use sales and negotiation skills to win driver buy-in for suggested routes.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively to shift drivers from self-scheduling to assigned routes.
• Track KPIs, focusing on increasing trips per driver.
  

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with Market Operations, Driver Safety & Reliability, and other stakeholders.
• Act as an internal communicator across teams and management to align schedules and resolve issues.
• Support a dedicated routing team focused solely on route building and assignment.
  

Analysis & Reporting

• Collect and analyze data on route efficiency and driver performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations to management with actionable insights.
• Conduct research to continuously improve route planning and scheduling practices.

• Proven 2 years of experience in scheduling, logistics, operations, or dispatch coordination.
• Strong organization and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; confident in client and driver interactions.
• Skilled in negotiation, enforcement, and conflict resolution.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate scheduling tools and software.
• Strong analytical and data presentation skills.
• High attention to detail, comprehension, and accuracy in execution.
• Results-oriented with the ability to adapt and work well under pressure.

• Strong research skills to identify new opportunities for optimization.
