Your Role:

• Support our recruitment team by sourcing and engaging Dutch-speaking candidates across diverse sectors.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for various roles.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand job specifications and organizational needs.
• Ensure effective communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey, fostering a positive experience.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to attract high-quality talent effectively.
• Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and innovative ideas to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development through training opportunities to bolster your recruitment skills.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative spirit and a willingness to contribute as part of a dedicated team.
• Willingness to relocate to the Philippines, with comprehensive support from our paid relocation package.
• Available for 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
