E-Commerce Specialist (Shopify and Klaviyo) - Work from home

• Own and optimise Shopify store(s): product listings, theme management, UX, SEO and app integrations
• Build, test and manage segments, and automate Klaviyo flows: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and promotions to build business
• Design and deploy high-converting EDMs aligned with brand aesthetics and campaign goals
• Apply graphic design skills to craft banners, social content, and campaign visuals & EDMS (Adobe Suite, Canva, or Figma)
• Apply HTML/CSS/Liquid code customisation for Shopify themes and email templates
• Collaborate with the internal marketing & sales teams to ensure aligned messaging and promotions
• Support Google Ads setup, creatives, retargeting, and performance optimisation using smart campaign strategies and budget allocation insights

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo (flows & campaigns essential)
• Proven ability to build and manage end-to-end e-commerce funnels and marketing automations
• Strong graphic design skills – portfolio showcasing email campaigns, banners or landing pages required
• Comfortable with code editing and troubleshooting Shopify themes and email templates (HTML/CSS/Liquid)
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking is an advantage
• Highly detail-oriented, creative, and results-driven
• Interest and strong ability to use AI to improve performance & streamline task
