E-Learning Design Specialist | Permanent WFH

We’re looking to add a creative and detail-oriented E-Learning Design Specialist to our team as we gear up for a busy season. If you have a passion for designing engaging digital learning experiences and a portfolio to show off your skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop SCORM-compliant e-learning modules in Articulate Rise 360 focused on U.S. medical compliance training.
• Convert regulatory guidelines, policies, and clinical procedures into digestible and engaging online learning.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), clinical advisors, and compliance officers to ensure content accuracy.
• Ensure courses align with adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and learning retention best practices.
• Manage version control and course updates in response to new or revised compliance regulations.
• Conduct internal QA reviews to ensure clarity, consistency, and functionality across modules.
• Work closely with LMS administrators to publish and troubleshoot course deployment.

• Minimum 6 months of professional experience using Articulate Rise 360 to develop e-learning content.
• Strong writing and editing skills, particularly for simplifying technical or legal language.
• Understanding of SCORM standards and LMS integration.
• Experience using complementary tools like Canva, Figma, or Vyond for visuals and animation is a plus but not required
