Job Summary

The Employee Onboarding Implementation Specialist is responsible for utilizing world-class implementation practices and service delivery to transition customers to PuzzleHR services. Successful Implementation Specialists will demonstrate a dedicated focus on customer success, collaborating with stakeholders to align and support process requirements, project deliverables and key milestones. More specifically, the Employee Onboarding Implementation Specialist will establish immediate rapport and connection, quickly understanding customer needs, and tactfully address challenges and concerns while driving the implementation forward.

Job Duties

• Utilize effective customer service and change management practices to lead the implementation of PuzzleHR employee onboarding services.
• Act as the primary contact throughout the customer implementation process; escalate needs, issues, and concerns to the business partners and management as appropriate.
• Establish a strong working relationship with each client based on clear expectation-setting and mutual trust-building. Ensure clients’ requirements and business objectives are defined clearly and well understood by the entire project team.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and advocate for the PuzzleHR product and service suite; ensure set up is consistent with the customer needs and expectations.
• Proactively consult customers on best practices, necessary system, and process changes to achieve implementation milestones and goals.
• Possess working knowledge of the full PuzzleHR product suite and human capital management software, making connections across services and systems.
• Maintain accurate project status in PuzzleHR project management software; provide real-time updates as needed to project stakeholders; proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Conduct telephone/web-based and/or face-face training sessions with new users.
• Work closely with sales partners to ensure client expectations are being met; provide technical expertise to support the Sales team when needed.
• Transition clients to ongoing Client Services Support resources upon successful implementation.

Required Skills

• Ability to collaborate and build trusted partnerships.
• Proven track record of process design and execution with the ability to approach problem solving from both an analytical and creative mindset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong personal computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite, internet software, and human resources information system (HRIS).
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic human resource functions, experience with onboarding preferred.
• Ability to organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Education and Experience

• Associates degree or higher preferred but not required.
• 3 plus years of US HR/Payroll/Onboarding experience.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to move up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to participate in video conferences/meetings.
