Estimator - Millwork/Joinery works

We are seeking an experienced Millwork / Joinery Estimator with a proven background working on U.S.-based projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project drawings, and collaborating with project managers to ensure competitive and profitable bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze architectural drawings, joinery/millwork specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for millwork and joinery projects.
• Source and verify material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
• Work closely with project managers and design teams to ensure bids meet client expectations and project requirements.
• Prepare bid proposals and ensure compliance with U.S. construction standards and codes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Millwork / Joinery Estimator. 

• Direct experience with U.S. projects (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of architectural woodworking, cabinetry, and custom joinery.
• Proficiency with estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.
