Job Description - Executive Assistant (003 - 00673)

Looking for Philippines-based candidates

Job Role: Executive Assistant

Compensation range: $1,800AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: A personalized online coaching business specializing in fitness, nutrition, and body transformation for men and women worldwide. The business focuses on sustainable fat loss, educational training, and simplifying fitness to help clients achieve long-term results. It provides customized online coaching and mentorship programs designed not only for individuals pursuing health and physique goals but also for fitness professionals seeking guidance and industry knowledge. The coaching approach is results-driven, engaging, and practical, emphasizing straightforward strategies that are easy to follow and maintain

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior executive with day-to-day business and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and key business commitments.
  • Oversee email correspondence, prioritize communications, and respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, documents, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with business operations, reporting, and project coordination across the organization.
  • Organize travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and special projects as needed.
  • Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential information.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports to support strategic initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or business owners.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the healthcare, medical, or wellness industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, or project management tools.

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
