Remote Filipino Licensed Architect & Estimator

We are seeking Filipino licensed architects and estimators with experience in USA-based projects for remote positions. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in architectural design or estimating for U.S. construction projects.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect or Estimator (Philippine license required).
• At least 8+ years of experience working on USA-based projects.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes and regulations.
• Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Excel and Planswift or Bluebeam).
• Must be able to work independently in a remote setup.
