About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Manager with real estate experience to oversee financial operations, reporting, and analysis while supporting investment and asset management activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with residential property portfolios, real estate investments, or asset management companies, with strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting operations, and multi-entity financial management.

Shift: UK Business Hours

Work Arrangement: Remote (Philippines)

What You'll Do:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and financial analysis for real estate operations and investment activities.


• Manage accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial transaction reviews.


• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning processes.


• Provide financial analysis on property performance, operational results, and investment activities.


• Manage and maintain accurate financial reporting across multiple entities, properties, and business units.


• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and support audit requirements.


• Apply knowledge of UK accounting practices and reporting requirements to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.


• Collaborate with asset management, operations, and leadership teams to provide timely financial insights.


• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting efficiency, and operational performance.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management roles.


• Proven experience supporting real estate, residential property portfolios, real estate investments, property management, or asset management companies.


• Strong experience in management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.


• Experience managing multi-entity financial reporting and consolidations.


• Familiarity with UK accounting practices and reporting requirements.


• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance processes.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.


• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Technical Requirements

• Fiber internet (PLDT Fiber, Converge, Globe Fiber, etc.) - recommended speed of 100/50 Mbps
  


• Backup internet (mobile hotspot or secondary ISP) capable of at least 20 Mbps


• Quiet, conducive home workspace


• OPTIONAL: Wired Ethernet connection preferred during work hours


• OPTIONAL: Power backup (UPS) if the location experiences frequent outages
