About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Controller to join our client’s finance team. You will play a key role in managing the financial operations across several entities - ensuring data accuracy, compliance with tax regulations, and timely financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who has advanced knowledge of Xero and experience with multi-entity companies.

Work hours: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM PH time

Work set-up: Remote

What you’ll do

• Manage the finance inbox and address financial and administrative inquiries promptly.

• Record, organize, and maintain invoices and supporting documentation in Xero, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Oversee and execute payments to suppliers and other financial obligations, managing both payables and receivables effectively.

• Perform reconciliations of payments and receipts in Xero, ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected.

• Assist the accounting team with month-end closing, tax filings, and ensuring overall compliance with tax regulations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial control.

• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Xero (non-negotiable).

• Experience working with multi-entity companies and strong understanding of accounting concepts.

• Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.

• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency with Excel.
