FP&A Analyst (ED)

The FP&A Accountant will play a critical role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. This position will involve collaborating with various departments to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models that drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial analysis, including variance analysis against budget and forecasts.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process, including developing financial models and scenario analyses.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and forecasts.
• Utilize financial software and tools to streamline reporting and analysis processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (ERP, Power BI). 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to work US hours
