Full Cycle RCM Manager (EMS/EMT) | Permanent WFH

We are seeking a hands-on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager with specialized experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT). This role requires a doer/manager—someone ready to oversee the full RCM process while actively contributing to day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end RCM cycle, including billing, coding, and prior authorization for EMS/EMT services.
• Lead and support a small team of billers, coders, and prior authorization specialists.
• Monitor and improve RCM workflows to ensure timely claims submission, accurate coding, and efficient payment collection.
• Resolve complex RCM issues, denials, and appeals with payers.
• Track key performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to align RCM operations with compliance standards and organizational goals.

• 2–3+ years of RCM experience, with specific exposure to EMS/EMT billing and coding.
• Strong knowledge of billing, coding, and prior authorization processes.
• Leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external payers.
• Amenable to work remotely during U.S. business working hours.
