Base Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 60,000

About the Job:

We are looking for a Program Analyst with expertise in .NET and Angular frameworks to join our client’s dynamic team. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong English communication skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and experience in project and document management.

As a Program Analyst, you will collaborate with US-based clients, ensuring seamless project execution while managing technical implementations, stakeholder expectations, and documentation.

Scope & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET and Angular frameworks.

• Collaborate with US-based clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Drive project management activities, including task allocation, tracking, and reporting.

• Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and timely project completion.

• Analyze system requirements and recommend improvements for performance and scalability.

• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear and timely updates.

• ​Possible travel to the US when needed to implement solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in software development using .NET and Angular.

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Proven experience in project management and document management.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a client-facing role.

• Experience working with US-based clients is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Can start immediately if possible.
