We are seeking a highly experienced GoHighLevel Expert to work with one of our clients, delivering advanced builds, automations, and system configurations that meet complex business needs. You will play a key role in developing robust, efficient, and high-performing solutions, ensuring every setup runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Technical Execution

• Build and optimize complex workflows, automations, and pipelines in GoHighLevel.


• Create advanced funnels, forms, surveys, and trigger setups tailored to business requirements.


• Configure multi-channel automations including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and voicemail.


• Implement advanced calendar scheduling systems and CRM configurations.


• Integrate GoHighLevel with other platforms (e.g., Zapier, third-party apps) for streamlined operations.


• Manage and execute precise CRM data migrations from other platforms.


• Ensure all builds are mobile-responsive, error-free, and production-ready.

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner directly with the client to fully understand objectives and deliver effective solutions.


• Use the designated project management tools for progress tracking, updates, and documentation.


• Maintain clear, detailed notes for ongoing and future reference.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct end-to-end testing on all builds to guarantee performance.


• Follow and enhance internal SOPs to maintain high delivery standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of advanced hands-on GoHighLevel experience.


• Proven ability to design and execute complex automations, funnels, and integrations.


• In-depth knowledge of HighLevel SaaS Mode, sub-accounts, and platform capabilities.


• Strong troubleshooting skills for deliverability, calendar sync, and integration challenges.


• Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal.


• Reliable internet connection and a focused work environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with API connections and advanced third-party integrations.


• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for precise styling adjustments.


• Prior work in an agency or white-label support environment.
