Growth Marketing Specialist

• Full time remote position
• Work Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM SYD/ AEST
• Up to PHP 55k renumeration, depending to experience

Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration.

About the role

You will be working with experienced existing marketing team, internal and external resources which are highly skilled on digital ads marketing and content creation. Ideally this resource will be the connection between all the teams and deliver feedback and reporting back to management. Working closely with me to ensure successful outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build, Manage and nurture lead funnels and campaigns through Zoho or similar CRM email tools
• Build EDMs
• Build campaigns for email marketing with existing customer base, promos, updates and segmentation
• Write and post blogs, update our website and create content for sales team
• Assist with our social media account management and growing our following through different online strategies
• Assist with our existing digital marketing team to nurture leads and improve digital marketing output
• Assist with our content creation team to share our company message and brand awareness through social media
• Leverage AI tools to complete tasks and suggest new ideas for better marketing results

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the similar role
• Ability to improve and measure current marketing efforts to deliver leads to sales team which are qualified and ready for a call/demo
• Experience nurturing, informing and supporting existing customer base with marketing and upselling opportunities
• Able to provide proactive marketing ideas and activities to support sales team and business growth (Customer/prospect webinars, EDMs, customer case studies).

Technical Requirements

• Should have personal and working laptop/ Desktop, and one (1) back up
• Has Noise-cancelling headset (for interview and meetings)
• Back up internet connection (at least 100 mbps)
