We're Hiring: HHC / Risk Adjustment Coder (Remote)

Are you a certified coder with experience in Home Health Care (HHC) or Risk Adjustment coding? Join our growing team and play a vital role in improving patient outcomes and ensuring accurate reimbursement through precise medical coding!

Location: BGC, Taguig / Cubao, QC
Schedule: Dayshift | Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze HHC medical records for accurate ICD-10-CM and HCC code assignment
• Ensure documentation supports risk adjustment coding in compliance with CMS and payer guidelines
• Collaborate with clinicians to clarify diagnoses and improve documentation accuracy
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting strict compliance and audit requirements
• Stay updated with current coding regulations and best practices

Qualifications:

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC), CRC, CCS, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in Risk Adjustment and/or HHC coding
• Familiarity with CMS-HCC models and HHC documentation standards (e.g., OASIS)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with EMR and coding software
