Healthcare Chart Auditor - CSR

Account specific roles & responsibilities:

• Reviewing completed work to ensure that it meets the standards for quality and accuracy before submission to billing.   
• Analyzing medical records to identify potential causes of resubmission, rejection or denials.           

• Contacting the client if an information is missing or if something needs to be clarified.           

Job Description:

• Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat). 
• Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. 
• Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues 
• Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc. 

• At least 6 months BPO work experience in a Healthcare Account
• Must be located within NCR, Region 3 or Calabarzon
• Must have atleast 1 year of hospital or clinical experience
• Proficient in using MS Outlook, Excel, and other online tools
• Experienced in using any online or web-based patient charts or medical records system
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Adaptability to a changing work environment  
• Amenable to working shifting schedule
