Job Description - HighLevel Tech Support Specialist (Full-Time)

HighLevel Tech Support Specialist
📍 Remote | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM MNL



We’re looking for a HighLevel Tech Support Specialist to work with one of our clients, handling HighLevel builds, automations, and technical support across multiple accounts. You’ll collaborate with the Project Manager, follow SOPs, and ensure everything is functional, mobile-ready, and delivered on time.



Key Responsibilities




Technical Execution



  • Build and troubleshoot custom automations and workflows.

  • Set up calendars, appointment funnels, pipelines, and tags.

  • Customize form and survey logic.

  • Configure SMS, email, WhatsApp, and voicemail automations.

  • Install and style chat widgets, lead capture forms, and website embeds.

  • Build and update membership areas, products, and offers.

  • Assist with CRM migrations (e.g., HubSpot, Calendly, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Mailchimp, etc.).

  • Ensure all assets are mobile-responsive, functional, and client-ready.



Collaboration & Communication



  • Coordinate with the Project Manager on task priorities and deadlines.

  • Use the designated project management software to track work, ask questions, and log updates.

  • Maintain clear internal notes and documentation for team reference.



Quality Control & Documentation



  • Conduct thorough testing/QA on all work before submission.

  • Follow internal SOPs and checklists, suggesting improvements when possible.



Required Skills & Experience



  • Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel (minimum 1 year).

  • Proven experience building workflows, calendars, funnels, and CRM setups.

  • Familiarity with HighLevel SaaS Mode and client sub-accounts.

  • Ability to troubleshoot deliverability, A2P, and calendar sync issues.

  • Comfortable using Basecamp (or willing to learn quickly).

  • Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.



Nice-to-Haves



  • Experience using Zapier or integrating third-party tools.

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for light styling edits.

  • Experience in an agency or white-label support role.

  • Basic understanding of GDPR or HIPAA compliance configurations in HighLevel.
