We are seeking a passionate and experienced Recruiting Trainer to join our team remotely in the Philippines. This role is critical in shaping the success of our recruitment function by designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs. The Recruiting Trainer will play a key role in ensuring our recruiters are well-equipped to meet client expectations, utilize recruitment tools effectively, and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, client communication, ATS usage, and job board navigation.
Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and customize training modules accordingly.
Apply a variety of instructional methods, tools, and techniques to maximize learning engagement and retention.
Collaborate closely with the recruiting operations team to understand client requirements and align training content with evolving business needs.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and post-training assessments; refine content based on insights.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to recruiters to address individual performance challenges or development goals.
Keep up to date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the relevance and quality of training initiatives.
Promote a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and excellence across the recruitment team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruitment trainer, recruitment specialist, or similar role.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and job board usage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging, easy-to-understand training content tailored to diverse learning styles.
Experience delivering both group and individual training sessions in a remote setting.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for developing others.
Work Setup:
Remote – Must be based in the Philippines
Regular collaboration with cross-functional and global recruitment teams
Working Hours: PST Time zone 8am-5pm PST / 9am-6pm PST
