Job Description - Home Loan Broker Admin Support (005-0401)

​​Looking for Philippines-based candidates

Job Role: Home Loan Broker Admin Support 

Compensation range: 1,600 AUD/month

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: The client is a well-established, independent mortgage brokerage that provides tailored home loan solutions to a wide range of customers, from first-time buyers and property investors to those looking to refinance. They guide clients through the entire lending journey, simplifying complex processes and delivering personalized advice based on individual financial goals.

They also offer specialist lending expertise for professionals with unique income structures, helping clients access favourable loan terms and navigate the mortgage process with confidence.

Role Overview: The Home Loan Broker Admin Support plays a crucial role in delivering a seamless and high-quality home loan experience for clients. This role manages the “back-of-house” processes from application through to settlement, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery.

This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about providing excellent service, while supporting brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders across all stages of the home loan journey.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Loan Management

  • Manage the end-to-end process of home loan deals, including post-approval administration.
  • Learn and effectively use systems such as Infinity, Pipedrive (CRM), NextGen, CoreLogic Valuations, and lender pricing tools.
  • Enter fact-find information into Infinity and push through to online applications.
  • Collect and organise client supporting documents.
  • Prepare NCCP documents, ensuring accurate reflection of loan information in NextGen.
  • Complete preliminary assessments, serviceability, and LMI calculations.
  • Order valuations through VMS and broker portals.
  • Lodge pricing approvals and arrange OFI discharge forms.
  • Maintain clear communication with brokers regarding loan amounts, structures, and lending policies.
  • Send NCCP and application documents to clients via DocuSign.

2. Client Communication

  • Deliver service excellence, proactively identifying ways to improve the client experience.
  • Communicate with confidence, care, and genuine interest, building trust and loyalty.
  • Liaise with clients via email and phone, requesting supporting documents and managing the home loan process.
  • Send loan application/NCCP documents through DocuSign.
  • Complete settlement letters six weeks after settlement.
  • Conduct pricing reviews for existing clients.

3. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Manage client files at settlement, ensuring NCCP compliance and secure storage of all relevant documents.
  • Maintain accurate client files within aggregator software.
  • Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory standards and internal compliance policies.
  • Prior experience in mortgage or home loan administration is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM/software tools.
  • Professional, client-focused, and proactive in problem-solving.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
