About the Role: 

Our client is seeking a proven, high-level HubSpot CRM Specialist to immediately support a major client account (TerraVellis) and help expand our core agency service offerings. This is a highly critical, execution-ready role. We are not looking for someone to learn on the job; you must bring deep, established expertise in HubSpot architecture, automation, and data management from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• HubSpot Architecture & Strategy: Own the technical setup, optimization, and daily management of HubSpot CRM for the TerraVellis account.


• Advanced Automation: Design, build, and maintain complex workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring models, and automated sequences to streamline operations.


• Data Integration & Integrity: Manage database hygiene, data mapping, custom object creation, and integrations with third-party tools to ensure a single source of truth.


• Reporting & Analytics: Build custom dashboards and advanced reports to track pipeline health, campaign performance, and ROI for agency leadership and the client.

Requirements

• Proven HubSpot Expertise: Deep, verifiable experience managing complex HubSpot instances. Platform certifications are highly preferred.


• Agency or Client-Facing Experience: Ability to confidently interface with client stakeholders (including the TerraVellis team) and translate business needs into technical CRM solutions.


• Zero Learning Curve: Ability to step into an active ecosystem and execute immediately without training on basic or intermediate platform functionalities.


• Operational Independence: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex data structures autonomously.
