Job Description - Implementation Coordinator (Work from Home)

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Campaign Coordinator (Implementation Coordinator) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and can seamlessly coordinate projects across multiple teams.



This is a full-time, remote, and night shift position (9 PM to 6 AM PH time).

What you'll do:



  • PR & Membership Package Implementation – Oversee the end-to-end implementation of PR and membership packages for events and special reports, ensuring precise execution and timely delivery.

  • Client Relationship Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

  • Internal Coordination – Collaborate with internal teams to align timelines and deliverables, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.

  • Project & Information Management – Maintain organized client information and track project progress to consistently meet deadlines.

  • Quality Control – Review and approve client materials prior to release, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards.



What you'll bring:



  • At least 3 years of experience managing client relationships and project coordination.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in marketing strategies, online promotion, and campaign execution.

  • Availability to work the night shift (9 PM – 6 AM PH time).
