Job Description - Independent Contractor - Sales Support Specialist

Your Impact…
We love small businesses—that’s no secret. But we’re also fans of other companies that love them too, which is why we have a Partner Program designed to help them offer a low-cost, high-revenue-earning SEO product to their own clients. Our Partner Team makes that happen from sales to services for our partners and their customers.

Compensation: $USD 9.00 / hour. Payments are made monthly.

Schedule: Full-time shift between the hours of 8am and 5pm Mountain Standard Time.

Please note that the anticipated workload for this position is up to (but not exceeding) 40 hours per week, with a standard 8-hour workday and a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

Tasks May Include:

  • Providing support for our partners to help them close SEO and Website sales.
  • Conducting light audits for potential and current customers to support retention efforts.
  • Educating and consulting prospective clients about Boostability’s SEO and Website products.
  • Creating proposals and price quotations for prospects.
  • Supporting retention by identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Helping our partners and potential clients navigate our proven sales processes.

Language Requirement: Fluency in English is essential for this position. All contractors will be required to complete a language assessment prior to being hired. This assessment will measure your proficiency in English, including your ability to read, write, speak, and listen.

Equipment Requirements:
As a contract worker, you will be required to provide your own equipment, including:

  • A laptop or computer.
  • A reliable internet connection.
  • The following applications, installed on your laptop or computer: Zoom, Gmail, Google Chrome.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and proficient in writing and grammar.
  • Bring strong relationship-building skills.
  • Comes with the ability to work well with a team.
  • Has superior verbal skills and email communication skills.
  • Possess a basic knowledge of SEO and is willing to jump in and learn more on the job.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
  • Has the ability and drive to see a sale through from beginning to end, whether it's a 1 and done, or a 4-week close.
  • Is organized and self-motivated.
  • Possesses good judgment skills.
  • Is proficient with Word, Excel, and Google Drive.

Additional Notes

  • This is a contract position, so you will not be eligible for benefits.
  • You must be able to work independently and manage your own time.

You must be a citizen or permanent resident of The Philippines to be hired as a contractor in this role.
