Scope of the Role

The Influencer Outreach Specialist will manage all creator sourcing, outreach, negotiations, and follow-ups to drive user-generated content and partnerships for paid and organic campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Source influencers and creators aligned with the brand’s wellness niche.
• Conduct outreach at scale via email, DMs, and platforms.
• Manage negotiations, contracts, and product gifting.
• Maintain influencer pipelines, CRM, and communication tracking.
• Coordinate deliverables and ensure creators meet deadlines.
• Evaluate performance of influencer content for paid use.
• Collaborate with the media buying and creative teams to repurpose successful content.

• 1–3 years experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume outreach and follow-up tasks.
• Familiarity with creator platforms (Afluencer, Collabstr, Grin, Aspire, etc.).
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Experience working with DTC brands in wellness or lifestyle (preferred).
