Purpose: The Integration Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring new Applause clients are successfully implemented with a heavy focus on technical integrations. This role is responsible for managing CRM integrations, API connectivity, and related technical workflows during the onboarding process. You will be the bridge between our product, customer success, and client IT/technical teams to ensure data flows seamlessly and customers go live quickly with minimal disruption.
Job Description: The Integration Specialist will own the technical side of new client implementations. They will manage multiple projects in parallel, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure all systems (CRM, APIs, and other connected platforms) are configured and functioning correctly. This role requires strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
