We're seeking an experienced Program Delivery Leader to oversee a diverse portfolio of digital initiatives focused on operational efficiency, systems enablement, and scalable transformation. The role involves working closely with global stakeholders, coordinating distributed teams, and driving project success through structured governance, communication, and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

•                 Lead multi-stream digital programs from initiation to implementation, ensuring alignment to timelines, budgets and business priorities
• • Collaborate with overseas leadership and domain experts to scope deliverables, define milestones, and monitor success criteria
  • Manage distributed team execution, providing guidance and structure across different geographies
  • Conduct regular program checkpoints including risk analysis, progress tracking, and stakeholder alignment
  • Utilize project tracking tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Domo, MS Teams) to monitor performance and report metrics
  • Document and standardize operational workflows and scalable process improvements
  • Drive change adoption by developing clear communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Create enablement materials and deliver virtual training sessions to ensure successful rollout of new initiatives
  • Develop executive-level presentation content for steering committees and program updates
  • Analyze program data using Microsoft Excel for status reporting, resource planning, and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with delivery governance models, internal controls, and organizational standards
  • Champion process improvement and share insights to enhance delivery models and team effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Technology, Business, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience managing large-scale technology or operations projects across international markets
• Proven success in coordinating offshore teams and aligning delivery across time zones and business functions
• Strong familiarity with digital enablement programs in data-heavy or compliance-sensitive environments
• Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities with keen attention to risk and stakeholder management
• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software
• PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous
• Skilled in translating complex initiatives into high-impact presentations for senior audiences
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for dashboarding, performance analysis, and resource planning
