Lead Generation / Cold Email Specialist

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist (Cold Email & Automation) who is highly skilled in outbound prospecting, cold email campaigns, and leveraging AI-driven tools. You’ll play a vital role in building high-quality prospect lists, driving outreach campaigns, and ensuring we maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain accurate, up-to-date prospect lists using AI tools such as Clay and Smartlead.ai.
• Craft and send targeted cold email campaigns designed to engage decision-makers and generate leads.
• Continuously optimize campaigns for deliverability, open rates, and response rates.
• Use AI-driven data enrichment to ensure lists are accurate, relevant, and targete
• Track, log, and manage outreach activities in CRM systems (HubSpot, Go High Level, Salesforce, etc.).
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including open, reply, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine messaging and target industries.
   

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 3 years’ experience in cold email, lead generation, and outbound prospecting.
• Hands-on experience with Smartlead.ai, Clay, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar tools.
• Strong copywriting ability for persuasive and personalized cold outreach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Proven results in setting up and running cold email campaigns with measurable success.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Positive, professional, and collaborative—able to work closely with both UK and PH teams.
• A creative problem solver who brings new ideas to improve outreach success.
• Results-oriented—driven by performance and measurable outcomes.
   

Work Environment

• You have your own computer and Internet connection (this is a home-based position).
• You are willing to work during U.K. business hours.
