About the Role:
We’re seeking a Legal Executive to play a key role in managing Client’s commercial contracts and supporting our global operations.

You’ll be the central point of contact for contract management — ensuring agreements are well-understood, compliant, and efficiently administered — while coordinating with our external legal counsel for more complex legal advice or jurisdictional issues.

What You'll Be Doing

Contract Management & Administration

• Review and manage a wide range of commercial contracts, including sales agreements, referral agreements, and NDAs.
• Identify and understand the key terms, risks, and obligations in contracts — ensuring they align with company standards and commercial goals.
• Coordinate with our external law firm for drafting support, complex legal issues, or jurisdiction-specific advice.
• Administer the contract renewal process, including tracking expirations and following up with the sales team and customers to ensure timely renewals.
• Maintain and improve contract templates and management processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance.

Business Partnership

• Act as a trusted liaison between the legal function, external counsel, and internal teams.
• Provide practical guidance to colleagues on contractual terms and implications, helping them make informed business decisions.
• Build strong relationships across departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, and Management) to ensure seamless collaboration.

Process & Governance

• Support the continuous improvement of legal and contract management systems.
• Promote best practices in contract handling, documentation, and compliance.

Who We're Looking For

You’re detail-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable working with both business and legal professionals. You know what makes a good contract — what should be in it, what shouldn’t — and how to keep the process running smoothly.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• A Law Degree (admission to practice not required).
• Experience as a Legal Executive, Paralegal, or Contract Manager in a commercial setting.
• Solid understanding of contract structures, key terms, and negotiation principles.
• Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with both internal stakeholders and external legal advisors.
• Experience supporting an international business environment.
• A proactive, organized approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a good sense of humor (we mean it!).
