Licensed Engineer/Architect

About The Role

We’re seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to support our client with reviewing and signing off on construction plans. The role requires strong knowledge of Florida building codes and compliance standards. This is not a constant, ongoing service but rather an as-needed engagement whenever projects come in.

Key Responsibilities:

  Review and sign off on construction plans.

  Ensure compliance with Florida building codes and regulations.

  Provide professional engineering expertise on an as-needed basis.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Must be a licensed Professional Engineer authorized to practice in Florida (you do not need to reside in Florida).

  
  


• 
  

  Proven ability to sign off on construction plans.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge and application of Florida building codes.

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable and detail-oriented.

  
  

Independent Contractor Pay: To be discussed with the client
