Insurance Sales Professional / Personal Lines
Ports O’ Call Insurance Services, a member of Coastal Insurance Group, Inc., Captive Agent for Allstate, Based in Southern California. 

One of Southern California’s Premier Allstate Agencies ( top 10% in USA ) serving all California Counties, has once again expanded and is seeking a highly motivated Licensed Sales Professional for an immediate position to sell personal lines.

Our agency is focused on our sales producer's success and purchase high intent auto leads to start the sales journey. Producers are expected to convert these high intent auto leads into bundled customers.

With our current program a minimum sales producer should be making $50,000 per year. If this is good enough for you please do not apply. We are looking for sales producers that are motivated to do more than the minimum and make at least $70,000 per year. 

Requirements:
1. Must have a Property & Casualty License.   
2. Work remotely during our hours of operation 8:30am - 5:30pm PST
3. Computer & Organizational skills are a must!
4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize, must be self-motivated and meet established attainable goals
5. Ability to add new business to the agency from our marketing programs.  And explain our referral program to each new customer and prospect.   

Benefits and Compensation
1. Hourly + Commission and eligibility for agency bonus as applicable.  Annual income is based upon production, execution and experience. 2. Health, Dental & Vision after 90 days probationary period is available
3. 401k after 90 days probationary period is available with company match.
4. Hours of operation: Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm PST with a one hour unpaid lunch.
