Lighting Assistant

Company Overview:
Our client is looking for a fast and competent Lighting Design Assistant to help us create mockups for our Christmas light installations. No advanced design background is needed — this role is more about speed, accuracy, and process. If you’re organized and visually sharp, this is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use specialized software to create lighting mockups from Google Maps screenshots
• Prepare three design packages per property (basic, standard, premium)
• Use Google Maps measuring tools to calculate roofline and landscape dimensions
• Annotate and organize designs clearly for sales and installation use
• Upload completed files and ensure consistent formatting and accuracy
• Work closely with customer support to ensure timely delivery of designs
  

• Fast, detail-oriented, and able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with Google Maps, measurement tools, and basic visual design tools
• Able to follow instructions, templates, and naming conventions precisely
• English fluency sufficient for basic communication and team collaboration
• Reliable internet connection and availability during overlapping hours with EST
  

• Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. 

Salary : $700-$1000/month
