Role:  Marketing Assistant

Priority Location: Philippines

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm  (Mon - Fri) PST 

Salary Range: $1,000 - $1,400 USD per month (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

About the Role: 

You will handle the hands-on execution of the marketing calendar: scheduling content, writing captions, sending emails, and tracking how it all performs. A Digital Marketing Manager sets direction, guides your work, and supervises. Success means accurate, on-time content and clear reporting that shows what is working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and publish social media posts


• Write captions with the help of AI tools


• Publish Instagram and Facebook stories


• Respond to comments and direct messages


• Draft and schedule emails in the CRM


• Build weekly and monthly performance reports covering social media and email


• Support setup and follow-up for live webinars


• Clip and edit short videos as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Available for full-time work, 40 hours per week


• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through everyday issues in social and email marketing


• Detail oriented, with accuracy across scheduled posts, captions, emails, and reports


• Working knowledge of social media performance and a genuine interest in what drives results


• Comfortable working under the guidance and supervision of a Digital Marketing Manager

Nice-to-Have

• Hands-on experience publishing to Instagram and Facebook, including stories


• Experience with a social media scheduling tool


• Experience drafting and scheduling emails in a CRM or email platform


• Experience using AI tools to draft captions and copy


• Experience supporting live webinars


• Basic video clipping and editing skills
