Our Client
 

In this position, you will be assigned to our client located in Sydney. They are primarily focused on seeking out areas of social need and policy failure and making transformational change using research, design and technology.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver high-quality marketing execution across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with organisational and project goals. 

• Manage social media presence including content creation, visual assets, UTM links, and scheduling posts. 

• Build and manage paid media campaigns, including ad hoc opportunities. 

• Execute email marketing initiatives such as newsletters, automation, and workflows. 

• Track and report on campaign performance, testing, and insights. 

• Conduct media outreach, draft press releases, and curate contact lists. 

• Create and design content including graphics, infographics, and short-form video edits. 

• Ensure all outbound communications are always on brand. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 

• 4+ years of experience in social media, email, and paid advertising. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

• Basic graphic design and video editing capabilities. 

• Knowledge of campaign tracking, reporting, and optimisation. 

• Effective collaboration and time management skills with attention to detail. 

• Growth mindset with proactive learning and willingness to both give and receive feedback. 

• Passion for delivering marketing outcomes that drive engagement and results.
