Master Plumber (UK Assignment)

Cosy Hauz A Ltd. is seeking experienced and skilled Master Plumbers to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess extensive knowledge in plumbing systems and regulations, and have the ability to handle complex plumbing tasks in both residential and commercial environments. As a Master Plumber, you will oversee plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance work, ensuring all projects comply with local codes and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipelines, fixtures, and appliances.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure system functionality.
• Supervise and direct plumbing apprentices and assistant plumbers on job sites.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Estimate project costs and materials needed for plumbing installations and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each job.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and plumbing solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues and recommend preventative measures.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in plumbing.

• Valid Master Plumber's license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing, with a focus on residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and tools.
• Proficiency with plumbing tools and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
