Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Medical Coders specializing in HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) and SDS (Same Day Surgery) coding to join our dynamic healthcare team. QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year and 5 months of hands-on HCC coding experience (excluding training period).
• At least 2 years of direct SDS coding experience (excluding training period).
• Must be a graduate of a medical allied course (e.g., Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, etc.).
• Must have a certification from AAPC or AHIMA (e.g., CPC, CCS).
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and coding software platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
