We’re hiring a Medical Supply Procurement Specialist to source, order, and track medical supplies—without delays, overages, or quality issues. This is a remote, contractor role for someone based in the Philippines, earning $1,000–$1,500/month depending on experience.

  Negotiate prices and terms

  Manage supply levels and predict future demand

  Track orders, handle delays, and fix delivery issues

  Keep everything compliant (think FDA, HIPAA, OSHA)

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with clinical and admin teams

  
  


• 
  

  Keep records organized in an ERP system (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)

  
  


• 
  

  Join audits and help plan procurement budgets

  
  

• 
  

  2+ years in medical procurement or healthcare purchasing

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of medical supplies and equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Experience using procurement or inventory systems

  
  


• 
  

  Great with numbers, communication, and problem-solving

  
  


• 
  

  Able to stay on top of things in a fast, highly regulated space

  
  

• 
  

  A degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Healthcare Admin

  
  


• 
  

  A certification like CPM, CPSM, or CSCP

  
  


•
