Medical Virtual Assistant - RN/MD

Staffing for Doctors is on the lookout for a qualified Medical Virtual Assistant with a background as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Doctor (MD) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to healthcare professionals while playing a vital role in optimizing patient care. Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to healthcare providers in a virtual environment
• Manage and organize patient records and documentation with accuracy
• Schedule appointments and ensure timely communication with patients
• Assist in preparation for telehealth consultations and follow-ups
• Coordinate between patients and providers to ensure a seamless experience
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations
• Support healthcare professionals with administrative tasks as needed

• RN or MD is required
• Minimum 1 year experience in US healthcare setting.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a medical assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
• Experienced in insurance verification or prior authorization is required
• Hands on experience with EMR/EHR systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Suite and other tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment
