Now, they’re ready to scale—and to do that, they’re looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of their digital marketing efforts, and grow with them.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Meta/Google Ads & Email Marketing Specialist to help our clients manage and optimize their Facebook/Instagram (Meta) and Google ad campaigns and email marketing efforts. You’ll work directly with executive leadership and their marketing agency coaches to support growth and build consistent outreach to their target consumers and client base of dietitians and nutrition professionals who use and recommend their products.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce, Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ads/campaigns
• Collaborate with our marketing agency coaches to implement marketing strategies and creatives
• Create and schedule email campaigns (newsletters, promotional emails, cold outreach)
• Willingness to learn about SEO and use the right keywords and tools to produce winning Google ads
• Monitor, optimize and report on campaign performance
• Support with content copywriting for ad creatives and email campaigns
• Ability and willingness to learn and adopt the Marketing Merchant Mastery (MME) methodology through thorough study of program materials

• At least 3 years of experience in producing and optimizing winning digital ads. Must have  strong copywriting skills, and graphic design.
• Bright, engaging personality with excellent professional written & verbal communication. Fluency in English is required.
• Comfortable working independently while being a team player. Comfortable learning through structured agency training.
• Organized, meticulous, and detail oriented.
• Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, email platforms (i.e. Klaviyo), and Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace, Chat GPT, Photoshop or Canva
• Experienced in Meta/Google ads and Email Marketing

Bonus Points

• Prior creative experience working with food or health-related brands
• Creative in design/graphics and ad copywriting experience
• Interest in scaling with a small, growing business
• Strong prompt writing skills for GPT
• Some background or familiarity with sales or client outreach.

Future Growth

This role is at 40 hours per week. As they grow, you’ll grow with them—there’s potential for this role to evolve into a leadership position in their marketing team.

• Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. 

Salary : $7-$8/hr
