Mid WordPress Developer - Work From Home / Dayshift

We’re looking for a talented WordPress Developer to join our team! You’ll be responsible for building high-quality websites using WordPress themes and plugins, turning Figma designs into fully functional experiences. You'll also work on React-based front-end applications, integrate APIs, and ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems. A strong focus on performance, security, scalability, and technical SEO is essential. You'll collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and fellow developers, and contribute to continually improving our development processes.

• Develop outstanding websites using WordPress themes and plugins from figma designs
• Build and maintain React-based front-end applications
• Integrate APIs and connect front-end and back-end systems
• Optimise websites for speed, security, and scalability
• Implement technical SEO recommendations from our search team
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver outstanding client work
• Contribute to improving our dev processes

Note: The official title of this role is WordPress Developer.

• Solid experience with WordPress (PHP, ACF, Bricks, WooCommerce a bonus)
• Strong skills in React.js (hooks, components, state management)
• Good grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Familiarity with REST APIs / GraphQL and Git
• An eye for clean, maintainable code and performance optimisation
