🔎 We're Hiring: Mortgage Broker Assistant (Loan Processing + Credit Analyst)

📍 Remote | Full-Time | Australian Client

An established Australian mortgage brokerage is looking for a highly capable Mortgage Broker Assistant who can support both loan processing and credit assessment functions. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in the Australian mortgage space, this could be the perfect long-term opportunity.

✅ What You'll Do:

• Broker Support & Loan Processing
• Manage end-to-end mortgage processing, from pre-assessment to post-settlement support
• Interpret and apply knowledge of various loan types and lender-specific policies
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client information within CRMs
• Prepare compliance documents and ensure accurate data entry into ApplyOnline and CRM platforms
• Order property valuations, manage supporting documents, and prepare welcome packs
• Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties to follow up on outstanding documents and progress applications
• Monitor loan status, perform serviceability assessments, and coordinate smooth settlements
• Support top-ups, loan variatio

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Australian mortgage broking process (broker support, loan processing, or credit assessment)
  
• Strong English communication skills—both verbal and written
  
• Demonstrated experience with CRMs and ApplyOnline or similar platforms
  
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work independently
  
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is an advantage
  
• High-speed and stable internet connection with a reliable home office setup
  
• Applicants based in Manila or Cebu are preferred but not required
