We seek a skilled and dedicated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central AL Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will support a client specializing in IT services that assist midsized companies in digitally transforming their operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Their services encompass ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and the Microsoft Power Platform. They are known for a subscription-based model, offering continuous support and system evolution post-implementation to ensure long-term client success.​

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions using AL language and Visual Studio Code.
   
• Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
   
• Design and implement new features, extensions, and integrations to enhance system functionality.
   
• Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
   
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, customizations, and configurations.
   
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 Business Central developments and related technologies.​
   

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
   
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL language.
   
• Strong understanding of Business Central architecture, data structures, and development best practices.
   
• Experience integrating Business Central with Microsoft products such as Power Platform, Azure, and Office 365.
   
• Proficiency in using Visual Studio Code and source control systems like Git.
   
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
   
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.​
