Multimedia Specialist - Work from home

Creative & Brand Design

• Lead the continuous design and optimisation of the company website and landing pages using Figma, with a strong focus on UX/UI and CRO.
• Design product packaging, labels, and unboxing experiences including dielines and 3D mockups.
• Deliver high-quality photo editing, branding elements, and digital graphics that align with the brand’s gritty, high-performance aesthetic.
• Create visually compelling investor decks, event branding, merchandise, and internal brand assets.

Video & Motion

• Edit and produce cinematic, conversion-focused video content with expert pacing, tone, and storytelling (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Create short-form video content for paid ads, product education, and brand storytelling across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Develop motion graphics and micro-animations for digital and social assets.

Marketing Assets

• Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok with direct-response copy and layout principles.
• Build and optimise mobile-first email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, with attention to conversion and visual engagement.
• Collaborate on content calendars and launch strategies to ensure visual assets support marketing goals across all touchpoints.
• Other role-specific duties as they arise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, Communication Design, or a related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in brand design, video editing, digital content, and UX/UI.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Advanced video editing capabilities paired with strong storytelling instincts.
• Proven experience designing and wireframing high-converting digital experiences (preferably in Figma).
• Deep understanding of UX, CRO, and how design impacts business metrics like ROAS, AOV, and conversion rate.
• Demonstrated experience creating high-performing email marketing designs and paid social ads.
• Strong skills in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and design systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and deadline-driven with high creative standards.

Bonus Skills (Highly Valued):

• Animation and motion graphics.
• 3D product rendering or mockup creation.
• Familiarity with CRO tools like VWO, Hotjar, and Google Optimize.
• Experience working with Shopify or Webflow developers.
• Photography direction and visual moodboarding.
• Experience with global or premium consumer brands, ideally in health, wellness, or supplements.
