NetSuite Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support and optimize our ERP environment. This role will be pivotal in driving efficiency across finance, sales, and operations teams by developing complex saved searches, building on-demand reports, streamlining workflows, and supporting end users. The ideal candidate will combine technical NetSuite expertise with strong problem-solving skills and a working knowledge of Excel automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Saved Searches & Reporting: Create, maintain, and optimize saved searches, dashboards, and reports, including complex data pulls for sales, finance, and operations.


• Process Improvements: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement NetSuite solutions that improve workflows and data accuracy.


• Excel Integration: Build and maintain advanced Excel templates (including VBA-style automation) that interface with NetSuite data.


• User Support & Training: Serve as the go-to resource for NetSuite user questions, troubleshooting, and best practices. Configuration & Maintenance: Manage roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and system configurations to ensure smooth operation.


• Scripting: Develop or support custom scripts to extend NetSuite functionality.


• Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and system knowledge base.

Must-Haves

• Strong NetSuite Administration Experience: Proven ability to build complex saved searches and reports.


• Excel Expertise: Advanced knowledge, including formulas, pivot tables, and VBA-style automation.


• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to translate business needs into NetSuite workflows, searches, and reports.


• User Support Experience: Comfortable fielding day-to-day NetSuite questions and troubleshooting issues for both technical and non-technical users.


• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing data and reporting.


• Process-Oriented Mindset: Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions within NetSuite.

Nice-to-Haves

• SuiteScript / SuiteFlow Experience: Ability to write or maintain custom scripts to enhance system functionality.


• API & Integration Knowledge: Experience connecting NetSuite with third-party applications via API.


• AI/Automation Experience: Familiarity with AI-driven reporting, automation, or data enrichment tools. Accounting/Finance Background: Understanding of financial data and reporting needs in ERP systems.


• Project Management Skills: Experience managing NetSuite-related projects or upgrades.


• NetSuite Certification: Administrator or SuiteAnalytics certification.


• Familiarity with Celigo Integrator is a big plus, but not required
