NetSuite Functional Consultant - WFH

Job Expectations:

• Employment Type: Employment Type: Full-Time; 1-year contract (Renewable) - Individual Contractor
• Work Setup & Location: Fully Remote, Philippines
• Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, US PST (Graveyard Shift)
• Number of Headcounts Needed: 2
• Base Salary: 3,500 USD - 4,500 USD
• Industry: NetSuite IT Services/Consulting

Key Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a NetSuite Consultant
• Must have working knowledge and expertise in:
• ERP
• Manufacturing
• Inventory
• Bundles

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Senior Consultant (Functional) to join our US-based client's team, and deliver best-in-class NetSuite solutions. We would love to hear from you if you excel in business process design, system implementation, and ERP consulting!

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for NetSuite implementation and enhancements.
• Design business processes and application configurations following industry best practices.
• Conduct software testing (UAT, regression, and integration) and prepare test cases.
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and suggest process improvements.
• Interact with key end-users and business owners to map applications to business processes and conduct gap analysis.
• Lead or support solution activities, including testing, verification, and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of NetSuite experience in systems applications consulting (IT organization, consulting firm, or software provider).
• Strong understanding of ERP processes, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Accounting.
• Proven ability to translate customer business requirements into functional solutions.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Can start immediately if possible.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SuiteCloud developer tools.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and ERP financial modules.
