What You’ll Do

• Provide functional support for SAP EAM solutions.


• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests and functional issues.


• Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.


• Perform system configuration and enhancements across SAP EAM and related modules.


• Support defect resolution, testing, documentation and user training activities.


• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation.


• Participate in project delivery activities including implementations, upgrades, rollouts and transformations.


• Collaborate with technical consultants, project managers, solution architects and client teams.


• Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Criteria

• 5+ years' SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM/PM).


• Experience providing support services within an AMS, managed services or operational support environment.


• Strong understanding of maintenance management processes including:


• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions.


• Got experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM will be a plus point


• Exposure to related modules such as MM, Inventory Management, Procurement or Project Systems.


• Mobility, Field Service Management (FSM) or Asset Manager experience.


• Knowledge of utilities, mining, manufacturing, logistics or asset-intensive industries.

Work setup

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM PHT, with finish times ranging from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM PHT, depending on client requirements. Permanent work-from-home setup
