Role Overview
The Architectural Assistant will provide support in documentation, drafting, and project coordination, working closely with our Australian team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Australian standards, documentation requirements, and drafting software, and be confident working in a fully remote setup.


Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update architectural drawings, plans, and documentation
• Assist with design development and construction documentation
• Ensure all work complies with Australian building codes and standards
• Coordinate and manage project files, documentation, and revisions
• Provide administrative and project support as required
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants remotely
  
  

Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years experience supporting Australian architecture projects (essential)
• Knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and documentation practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working across time zones (aligned with Australian business hours)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or related field
  
• 1-2 years of experience in architectural design or related support roles
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
  
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations
