Job Overview


We are eager to onboard a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Operations Analyst to join our division. You will work closely with our Consultants, Editors, and Student Managers in supporting our clients as they apply to universities across the United States. As such, you will need to demonstrate a high level of judgment, care, and reliability in supporting the division's day-to-day operations.



Our ideal candidate has knowledge and experience in operational, logistical, and analytical roles. The role requires you to proactively monitor workflows and anticipate operational needs by designing systems that ensure the completion of critical tasks. 



Commitment during the college admissions season (August–December) is required due to increased assignment volume and fixed deadlines.

Responsibilities:



  • Data Analysis & Process Improvement

    • Systems Design: Identify and create systems that allow the Student Managers and Editors to focus on core tasks and responsibilities that produce client work and service

    • Operational Reliability: Uphold established processes and standards meticulously while also identifying areas to improve and innovating solutions

    • Bottleneck Analysis: Generate insight and analyze the workflow to identify stages where tasks stall by investigating root causes of delays to provide data-backed recommendations to leadership

    • Process Engineering: Map end-to-end operational processes to eliminate redundancies and increase efficiency by leveraging automations and integrations throughout Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace to streamline production



  • Project & Systems Management

    • Timeline Tracking: Uphold and enforce turnaround times to ensure consistent execution of deliverables across the division

    • Task Tracking: Coordinate and monitor progress among action items, ensuring clear ownership and consistent follow-through across the division

    • Data Integrity: Manage and audit internal databases within Google Workspace and Monday.com to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency

    • Workflow Optimization: Proactively monitor high-volume workflows during the peak admissions season (August–December) to ensure all fixed deadlines are met



  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

    • Stakeholder Communication: Relay technical updates and operational decisions clearly and professionally to align the division around shared priorities

    • Collaborative Execution: Support management and leadership with ad hoc administrative tasks that align the division around shared priorities and timelines

    • Internal Training: Create and conduct training modules for both new and existing members to align protocols and standards throughout the division





Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree from any Top University in the Philippines

    • Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering



  • Prior experience in project management, management engineering, data analysis, and logistical operations



  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Monday.com is required

  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and lexicon

  • Experience in education consulting or college admissions is preferred but not required

  • Experience working PST hours is preferred but not required

  • Responsiveness via Slack, Gmail, and Zoom during working hours.

  • Ability to manage and monitor deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

  • High level of flexibility and professionalism when coordinating with team members.

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing solutions.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing productivity software, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other collaborative platforms. Proficient in navigating web-based business tools such as Gmail, Slack, Monday.com, and similar communication or project management systems to facilitate efficient workflow and information sharing.

  • Experience in working successfully within multidisciplinary teams, leveraging the diverse skills, abilities, and knowledge of colleagues to achieve shared objectives. 

  • Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, contributing to group problem-solving and project execution.



Compensation & Benefits



  • Competitive salary of $750-$900 a month (depending on experience)
