Job Description - Operations and Admin Coordinator (009-00461)

​​Looking for Philippines-based candidates

Job Role: Operations and Admin Coordinator
Compensation range: $2,000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 12PM-8PM AEST, Monday to Friday,) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: We help secondary students build confidence and excel in mathematics through personalised, engaging lessons. Our approach focuses on deep understanding, problem-solving, and practical application, rather than rote memorisation. With small classes and tailored guidance, we aim to empower every learner to reach their full potential and enjoy the journey of learning maths.

Role Overview: We’re looking for an organised, proactive Operations and Admin Coordinator to step in and support the day-to-day running of our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling a variety of tasks, from operational processes to customer and administrative support. You’ll be the backbone that helps keep everything running smoothly so the business can continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Handle inbox management, client enquiries, scheduling, and general correspondence.
  • Maintain and organise documents, records, and internal systems.
  • Assist with project coordination and track progress on key initiatives and workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records and basic operational reports.

  • Liaise with team members, suppliers, and clients to support smooth communication and workflow.
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest or implement improvements to processes and workflows.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, operational, or coordinator role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities. 
  • Proficient with Outlook, Google Workspace, Salesforce.

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
